Bible Studies

This is what it’s all about at FBC. God’s Word is like a light in darkness. It is like a clear sound piercing though the chaotic noise. It is a perfectly sure thing in a perfectly unsure world. And it will endure forever while everything else passes away. And so we read and study the Word. A lot.

Weekly:

Thursday nights at 7:00 PM - We meet for prayer, worship, and a Bible study. It’s a very casual get-together, but the word is clear. The Kid's Bible Club ministry and Nursery care are happening at this time, so bring the kids and come on out (for more info see the Youth ministry section).

Saturday morning at 11:00 AM - We have our Bible Reading Fellowship at the church building. It is what the title implies: we get together and open up the Book and have at it. We discuss it some too, but mostly we just read the Scriptures aloud together. Having trouble getting your Bible reading on track? Just want to get around other believers hungry to read the Word? Join in.

Periodically Offered:

End Times Prophecy study - Meet for a five week study of the end times with Pastor Lou. Read, listen to audio tapes and watch a video about the signs to come and prophecy's fulfilled.

Evangelism 101 - This is four week study focusing on the Christians responsibility to evangelize. Learn how to present salvation and how to use your life's testimony to share your hope in Christ. We will discuss some real-life situations that often come up when sharing your faith.

Growing Kids God's Way - This is a facilitated video series by Gary and Anne Marie Ezzo which breaks down biblical parenting into several topics. Ever wondered why your children didn't come with an operators manual, well they did... the bible! Join us as we work through the materials together through fellowship and discussion.

There are usually special Bible studies going on at various locations covering various things too. Just check the calendar or ask us. You’re bound to find something you’re interested in.
