Meet the Pastor
An important message from Pastor Lou.
Louis DeVizia has been Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church since October, 2002. He is “home grown”, having been part of the past congregation that met where we do now. His training in the Word comes primarily from being part of the body of Christ through the local church.
Lou and his wife, Roberta, have two children. Jonathan was born in 1999 and Anna in 2002.
Prior to this pastorate, Lou was a missionary with World Impact, a nationwide urban missions organization, for four years - one year as a volunteer and three years living in inner-city Newark, NJ. While in this ministry Lou did a lot of street preaching, youth ministry and worship leading.
Lou is a graduate of Rutgers University and spent one semester in Rutgers Law School before leaving that to follow the Lord’s call to preach the Word. Also an experienced musician, Lou sings and plays keyboard, serving FBC as both Worship Leader and Pastor.
Lou’s top priority in ministry is to teach the Scriptures verse by verse, and to encourage us to follow the Lord by living in accordance to His word.
