Prayer Meetings
There are two weekly prayer meetings, each a half-hour long. We meet on Sunday after the service and on Thursday, 7:00 p.m.
The Sunday meeting is very devoted to praise, adoration, and just generally seeking the Lord as His Spirit leads us. The Thursday prayer time is devoted to intercession and supplications - we maintain a weekly prayer bulletin with requests from people inside and outside the church, and everything on this list is remembered together before the Lord on Thursday nights.
These aren’t the only times we pray, obviously. But it is good for a church to devote some time to coming together for this purpose. And so we do.
