Special Events

In addition to the regular schedule of events at FBC, we like to schedule special things from time to time.  Check the calendar to see what’s coming up.

Usually twice per year, we hold a flea market.  People in the church set up tables and sell their wares; but most of all, it gives us a chance to meet people in the neighborhood.  We’ve gotten visitors to our services this way.

And we have dinners.  Boy, do we have dinners.  That’s right - the old fashioned, potluck-style church dinners you may remember from years gone by!  And we must say...  praise the Lord...  We do it well!  It’s tough to find a better meal in Woodbridge.  Dinners occur at least three or four times per year, usually on Sunday nights. On Labor and Memorial Day weekends we have a picnic.  It’s a great time, and we have a service under the new pavilion there, wired for electricity so the Worship Team can play!

There are other events: Vacation Bible School, Super Bowl party, etc.  Check our calendar and come join in.
